About the firm

A Houston practice built on representation

Integral Solutions Financial was founded to do two things well: prepare returns accurately, and stand behind them when a taxing authority asks questions. Plenty of offices will file for you in twenty minutes. Far fewer can represent you afterward.

The firm is led by Omotayo “O.J.” Lawal — a Texas attorney and Certified Public Accountant who holds a Master of Laws in tax law from the University of Houston, and who is admitted before the Supreme Court of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. One practitioner covers the accounting, the representation and the litigation, which is why our clients can move from a return, to a notice, to a courtroom without changing firms.

We work with individuals and households, self-employed and 1099 filers, small businesses and their payroll, real estate investors, nonprofits, and anyone carrying an IRS balance they want resolved properly.
